Diane has a lifelong interest in older, historic homes stemming from visits with her uncle, Paul Buchanan, a noted 17th Century architectural specialist with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation of Virginia. Perhaps this interest is why she has chosen to spend her life in an historic home and aid others who have chosen to experience the joys and comforts that classic homes can provide.
Diane is a Bellaire native, a University of Texas graduate, and a consistent multi-million dollar producer since obtaining her Real Estate License in 1995. Diane volunteers at Preservation Dallas instructing other Realtors on ways to foster the responsible stewardship associated with owning a protected structure and holds the Advanced Historic House Specialist certification. The majority of her sales have matched sellers and buyers in the older and historic districts of Dallas that Diane calls home.
