A search of my background experiences will show that I am a graduate of Emory University with a teaching
degree in science. My experience in the classroom sharpened my skills in communication, organization, and presentation. My understanding of governmental entitles comes through 28 years of political involvement with her late husband, former County Commissioner Chris V. Semos. Besides politics, I’ve helped run the landmark family restaurant, The Torch, introducing Greek food to Dallas. I still make a dynamite Baklava! In the area of community involvement, I served as Commissioner on the Dallas County Appraisal Board from 2003 to 2006, and on the City of Dallas’ Cultural Affairs Commission from 2007 - 2012. I am also a member of the Oak Cliff Lion’s Club and have served as a board member. I earned my real estate license in 2006 and became a multi-million dollar producer earning a quality service awards.
