Paul does not tout himself as the typical "salesman". His approach: 100% attentive client service, yet decidedly low pressure. He is fully dedicated and aggressive in negotiating, yet uncompromisingly professional. The decision to buy or sell a house is a very personal one and one not taken lightly and his job is to provide all the information he can to his clients so that they, together, can make the best decisions. He provides the best referrals for lending, inspections, insurance, home improvement and all other aspects of the home buying or selling process. His easy-going and conscientious facilitation of the process allows his clients the best possible real estate experience.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Paul Kirkpatrick was a high school English, Humanities and AP teacher for DISD. He is a native Texan having grown up in Lubbock, Tyler and completing his Bachelor's at The University of Texas at Austin. He and his partner, Michael Harrity, have lived in Oak Cliff since 1993 and have owned Bishop Street Market in the heart of the Bishop Arts District since 1996, helping to create one of the most vibrant shopping and dining areas in the city.
