Every time she moved to a new city, she found herself drawn to the close in, established neighborhoods and loves to introduce others to the joys of living in the loop…less commute time, proximity to the arts and entertainment, trees!!, and the true sense of community that can be found in these neighborhoods. Leaving the corporate world to join David Griffin in 1997, Teresa brought with her exceptional sales, marketing, research and analytical skills. Those skills enable her to successfully market a seller's home or to find just the right house for a buyer, whether purchasing their first home, last home or any home in between.

Her love of old houses led her to certification by Preservation Dallas as a Historic House Specialist. A believer of continuing education, she has completed a course in Residential Construction and plans to pursue a designation as a Certified International Property Specialist. She is currently serving on the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors International Symposium Committee.

Teresa calls Dallas "home" (for the second time!) after having lived in diverse areas of the U. S. and its territories including two years on Kwajalein, a small island in the Pacific.

Travel is her favorite pastime and she speaks Italian fluently. She studied dance from an early age, including Jazz, Flamenco, Latin, Swing, Hula and Tahitian. Terre also serves as Technology Consultant for David Griffin & Company.
