Right in our own backyard is the exceptional Meadows Museum, where you can enjoy a collection of 1,000 years of Spanish art and a fine modern European sculpture collection and still have time for lunch or happy hour at a nearby neighborhood bistro. The gift shop features wonderful jewelry and home decor items in addition to the excellent art literature and delightful children's section. Special classes include Drawing from the Masters, Sunday, August 12 and Sunday, August 26 from 1:30-3 p.m. Enjoy an afternoon of informal drawing instruction as guest artist Ian O'Brien leads you through the Meadows Museum’s galleries. Sessions are free with admission; no reservations required. However attendance is limited to 20 and based on a first-come, first-served basis!
