The House is the new 28-story high-rise concrete and glass cornerstone of Victory Park. A landmark on the Dallas skyline, The House was designed by the Boston architectural firm Elkus/Manfredi, with common area interiors by Starck and Yoo.
Shops, entertainment and office make the Victory Park neighborhood one of the nation’s most significant master-planned urban developments. Victory Park even brings outdoor living to the urban life with 4 acres of planned parks and plazas, not to mention direct access to The Katy Trail, which has its southern terminus in the neighborhood.
With the burgeoning Arts District blocks away, downtown at its doorstep and the under construction Santiago Calatrava designed bridge spanning the Trinity River, The House and Victory Park are Dallas’ new dynamic crossroads.
Special features in each home include 10 foot ceilings, wood and stone flooring and marble and limestone countertops. Finishes and details have all been specified by French design guru, Philippe Starck.
