David Griffin, president and founder of David Griffin & Company Realtors congratulates the company’s top ten producers for 2008: Henry Barber, Beth Borman, Scott Deakins, J.L. Forke, Christopher Miller, Ralph Randall, Frada Sandler, Harriet Shaw, Diane Sherman and Tricia Weiner.
Despite a marketplace that was not quite as robust as the preceding two years, David Griffin & Company completed an exceptional year in production and accomplishment.
Among the company’s biggest achievements in 2008 was the continued success as exclusive residential broker for Hillwood Development at Victory Park. “Representing Hillwood was a great compliment to several of our top producers’ outstanding accomplishments,” says Mr. David Griffin. Our sales team represented The House, The W and Terrace developments and posted over 20 sales, many of which were million and multi-million dollar transactions.
“2008 continued to be a year of success for the agents of David Griffin & Company,” says sales manager and vice president Becky Connatser. “At the highest level of production were vice president Ralph Randall, who marketed some of the finest residences in the Park Cities and J.L. Forke, who played a pivotal role in the sales effort at Victory Park.”
Additionally, awards for outstanding contributions at David Griffin & Company were given to Teresa Costa and Jenni Stolarksi. Costa was the recipient of the Griffin Award, given annually to an agent who presents exemplary service to the company and its peers. Costa continues to be recognized for technology skills and market knowledge. Stolarski was awarded for her community service work within her neighborhood association and the realtor community as well as her promotion of GREEN living.
“Another major accomplishment at David Griffin & Company Realtors in 2008,” says office manager and vice president Betty Jones, was the creation of the company’s relocation division.” Lead by Relocation Director, Jason Melton, David Griffin & Company is now able to provide comprehensive, high quality services to individuals and families relocating to the area.
Last, but not least, partner Shelter Mortgage also had a banner year. For the second consecutive year, vice president Lisa Peters ranked number one in production with Shelter nationally. “We appreciate the outstanding service Shelter provides our clients,” says Griffin.
Founded in 1982, the independently owned company has sold over $2 billon in real estate in Dallas’ close-in neighborhoods including Oak Lawn, Turtle Creek, Uptown, Lakewood, Oak Cliff, University Park and Highland Park.
